FAQs.

01 Is Carevally registered to deliver high-intensity NDIS supports?

Yes. Under registration ID 4-KU1X8AG, Carevally is registered to provide High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (Class 0104) — specifically Complex Bowel Care, Enteral Feeding and Management, Urinary Catheter Management, Subcutaneous Injections, and Complex Wound Management. You can verify on the NDIS Commission’s Find a Registered Provider tool.

All our high-intensity support workers complete training assessed against the NDIS Commission’s High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors. Training is delivered and supervised by our registered nurses, with annual competency review.

High-intensity supports are funded under Core Supports — Daily Activities, at the high-intensity hourly rate set in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. The increased rate reflects the additional training and supervision required.

Yes. We deliver high-intensity supports in participants’ homes, in our SIL homes, and in coordination with hospital discharge teams for transitions.

For supports outside our registration scope (such as tracheostomy or ventilator management), we coordinate with specialist clinical partners and can advise on appropriate providers.
