Quality & safeguards
Quality & safeguards
Carevally is a registered NDIS provider (Reg. 4-KU1X8AG), audited against the NDIS Practice Standards and bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct.
Our registration
Carevally Pty Ltd is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission under Reg. 4-KU1X8AG. ABN 52 677 697 148. Verifiable on the NDIS Commission’s Find a Registered Provider tool.
Practice Standards
We are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards including the supplementary High Intensity Daily Personal Activities, Implementing Behaviour Support Plans, and Specialised Support Coordination modules where applicable.
Worker capability
Every Carevally support worker holds NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Working with Children Check, current First Aid and CPR. High-intensity supports are delivered only by workers who have completed training assessed against the NDIS Commission’s High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors, with annual competency review supervised by our registered nurses.
Clinical supervision
Where care includes clinical tasks — high-intensity supports, complex wound management, medication administration — registered nurses provide oversight and consultation. This is built into the roster cost, not billed separately.
Incident management
We operate an incident management system aligned with the NDIS (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018. Reportable incidents are notified to the NDIS Commission within the required timeframes. See our Feedback & complaints page for the participant-facing process.
Continuous improvement
We conduct internal quality reviews quarterly, hold an annual external audit, and incorporate participant and worker feedback through documented review cycles.
