01 Can I request a worker of a specific gender?
Yes — and many participants do. We match by gender preference and you can request a different worker at any time.
02Can your workers administer medication?
Yes — Carevally is approved to support day-to-day medication management under our registration. For complex medication needs we send workers with appropriate training and clinical oversight.
03Can personal care be combined with high-intensity supports?
Yes. Where a participant needs both standard personal care and high-intensity supports (like catheter management or wound care), Carevally can deliver the full picture with the same trained team.
