Questions, answered
FAQs.
01 Will my worker stay during the appointment?
Yes — that’s the whole point. The same worker drives you, supports you through the appointment, and brings you home.
02Whose car do you use?
Worker-supplied vehicles for most trips. We can also drive participant-owned vehicles where insurance permits.
03Can transport be paid from my plan?
Yes — through Core Supports Transport funding, or as part of an active community access shift.
